The item will be shipped from our USA warehouse which located in California. Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (Fedex). Your order will be ship out within 1-3 business days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.

Returns

1.We offer 30 days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and would like to return. 2.All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID. 3.We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement 4.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 5.20% restock fee will be charged, Shipping is not refundable.
